-Customer agrees to let Central California Sheds take possession of shed upon non-payment or balance owed unless previous arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Central California Sheds.
-In the event a Special Order item has been ordered the customer understands that they will be responsible for payment of such items upon cancellation of order.
-The customer agrees to have power available within 100 feet of build site or customer may be responsible Generator charges.
-Any and all permits and covenant searches are the sole responsibility of the customer.  It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that building size and location adhere to local ordinances and limitations including square footage, height, setbacks and building materials.
-The customer understands that a fee in the amount $350 will result if customer cancels their build within 48 hours of scheduled start of construction.
-The customer understands that the build site must be level within 12 inches unless previously discussed or additional charges may result.
-Any and all Warranty work is to be performed by Central California Sheds.
-Any modification to the building including moving of the building may void the warranty.
-The customer understands that the building must be painted within 90 days of construction to ensure that the warranty is in effect and further understands that failure to paint or have the building painted will void the warranty.
